Niccolò

Inspired by his grandmother’s dishes and guided by his father, a professional chef, Niccolò developed a deep love for authentic Italian cuisine.

His culinary journey led him to Milan, where he refined his skills through advanced training at the prestigious Gualtiero Marchesi Academy. As a Certified Italian Sommelier and passionate educator,

Niccolò combines over 10 years of hands-on experience with a true gift for pairing food and wine — turning every dish into a story, and every meal into an experience.

Francesca

Francesca inherited her passion for Italian cooking from her grandmothers — two incredible women who passed down not only treasured recipes like tagliatelle, lasagna, and cappelletti, but also the love behind every meal.

Over the years, Francesca has deepened her knowledge of food and wine, becoming an active member of the Italian Sommelier Association, and an advocate for preserving the beauty of Italy’s culinary heritage.
