Ciao, I’m Niccolò — Chef, Certified Sommelier, and passionate pasta maker from Milan.
I grew up between the kitchens of Lombardy and Tuscany, learning handmade pasta from my Nonna Silvana and my dad, who is also a Chef. What began as a family ritual quickly became the heart of my life.
I later refined my craft at a Professional Pasta School in Bologna, mastering traditional doughs, regional techniques, and the true Italian way of cooking.
Today, through Casa Pastrocchi, I teach people around the world how to cook like Italians do — with simplicity, warmth, and authenticity.
